Indeed, isn’t it more than ever, useful and necessary to have a friendly listening of the ideas, the initiatives and the good practices of ones coworkers? Isn’t it one of the manager’s responsibilities to help team members to develop their skills?
We offer, within the framework of our association, the possibility of sharing knowledge and know-how. We offer trainings, methods and a whole series of meetings throughout the year.
With passion and determination, I believe in our approach and I believe that together we shall manage to put people back at the heart of companies.
In conclusion, in Participatory Innovation, there are two key words: the word “innovation” that calls for boldness, curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, and also the word “participatory” which evokes the management, men and women, their motivation, their desire to progress and to get involved in their company.
A new era is emerging, with confidence and serenity; let us work for and with private or public companies, characterized by their innovative character and their respect for employees.”
